Bartending Service – Detailed Booking Policy

At Settinz Shake and Pour, we pride ourselves on delivering an exceptional bartending experience. Please review our comprehensive booking policy below. By securing your booking with us, you agree to adhere to the following terms and conditions:

1. Booking Confirmation and Deposit

• Reservation Confirmation: Your event date and services are reserved only upon the receipt of the required deposit.
• Deposit Requirement: A non-refundable deposit is due at the time of booking. This deposit serves as a guarantee of your reservation and will be applied toward your final invoice.
• Deposit Amount and Payment Methods: The deposit amount is specified in your booking quote and may be paid via credit card, bank transfer, or other approved payment methods. A receipt will be provided upon confirmation of payment.

2. Final Balance Payment

• Due Date for Balance Payment: The remaining balance for our services must be paid in full prior to the commencement of your event.
• Payment Deadlines: The balance is due no later than 7 days before your event start time. If payment is not received by the specified deadline, Settinz Shake and Pour reserves the right to cancel the event without refund of the deposit.
• Accepted Payment Methods: We accept payments via credit card, bank transfer, or other mutually agreed-upon methods. An invoice detailing the remaining balance will be issued after your deposit is received.

3. Equipment and Service Terms

• Quality and Care: Our equipment and service offerings are maintained to high standards. We expect all clients to treat our equipment with care.
• Liability for Equipment Damage: Any damage to our equipment during your event will be assessed by our team. The cost of repairs or replacement will be deducted from your deposit.
• Notification of Damage Deductions: Should any deductions be necessary due to damage, you will receive a detailed invoice outlining the damage incurred and the associated costs.
• Additional Charges: If the damage costs exceed the deposit amount, you will be billed for the difference. Conversely, if no damage occurs, the full deposit will be applied to your final balance.

4. Rescheduling and Cancellation Policy

• General Rescheduling Policy: We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise. If you need to reschedule your event, please notify us as early as possible.
• More Than 24 Hours Notice: Rescheduling or cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled event may be eligible for a partial refund or rescheduling at no additional deposit cost, subject to our discretion.
• Less Than 24 Hours Notice: Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the event start time will result in the forfeiture of your full deposit. No services will be provided, and the deposit will be retained to cover preliminary service commitments and equipment preparation.
• Force Majeure: In the event of circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, public emergencies), both parties will be encouraged to work towards a mutually acceptable solution. Settinz Shake and Pour reserves the right to reschedule the event at a later date if needed.

5. General Terms and Conditions

• Event Coordination: We recommend that all event logistics, including setup, equipment placement, and space requirements, be finalised in advance. Our team will provide guidance on optimising the service area for the best bartending experience.
• Communication: Timely communication is essential. Please ensure that all contact details are accurate and that you remain reachable during the event planning process.
• Agreement to Terms: By providing your deposit, you agree to these terms in full. Should you have any questions or require clarifications, please contact our customer service team before finalising your booking.
• Modifications: Settinz Shake and Pour reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Any changes will be communicated in writing and will apply only to future bookings.
